Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience in Virtualization with Azure VDIs, Windows 365, VMware, vCenter, VMware Horizon View and VMware Cloud
3+ years of experience with Modern Workplace solutions (Microsoft 365)
3+ years of experience with the following: Application packaging for Microsoft Intune, VMware Horizon Administration, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Omnissa Horizon Next-Gen, PDQ Connect - Software/Patch Deployment, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD), Nerdio Manager for Enterprise, Control Up, collaboration tools such as MS Teams
3+ years of relevant experience in network administration and enterprise network support.
Industry certifications on EUC.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in 24x7 production support / enterprise infrastructure support environments are preferred.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
