NIAID Power Platform Program Manager
Our team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead NIAIDs Enterprise Collaboration and Power Platform Support Services. This role drives the PMO, oversees delivery across all task areas, and provides technical leadership for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform services. The ideal candidate combines federal program management expertise with strong Power Platform experience and the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Program & Portfolio LeadershipManage the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting BPIMB servicesLead Agile planning, rollout, coaching, and organizational change managementMaintain task order plans, schedules, quality plans, and monthly reporting deliverablesConduct portfolio-level review of projects, staffing, risks, and performance measuresCoordinate all contractor and subcontractor deliverables across task areasTechnical OversightProvide technical direction across Enterprise Collaboration and Power Platform workstreams (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)Develop technical roadmaps and drive innovation in cloud servicesLead outreach, communications, branding, and adoption activitiesOversee performance monitoring and continuous improvement activitiesContract & Resource ManagementEnsure adherence to cost, schedule, and performance targets for the task orderProvide labor/cost reporting and documentation to COR and Government leadsManage staffing, subcontractor oversight, performance measures, and work standardsRequired Qualifications810+ years of program/project management experiencePMP certification required57 years of Power Platform delivery, governance, or solution leadership experiencePower Platform certifications or 1012 years of blended PM + technical experienceExperience supporting NIH, HHS, or other federal civilian agencies strongly preferredProven experience managing multi-functional technical teams and complex programsStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skillsPreferred Skills/ExperienceExperience with Agile transformation and OCM in federal environmentsBackground in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online/On-Prem, and Azure-integrated servicesAbility to present to senior federal stakeholders and lead portfolio reviewsFamiliarity with HHS EPLC methodology and federal contract performance requirementsOWN YOUR OPPORTUNITYExplore a career in program management at GDIT and youll find endless opportunities to grow alongside colleagues who share your passion for the mission and delivering results.
