**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and evaluate sterile processing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of sterilization equipment and processes.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Provide training and support to sterile processing staff on quality standards and best practices.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to quality assurance activities.

- Assist in investigations of quality incidents and support root cause analysis efforts.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sterile processing or a related healthcare quality role.

- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and regulatory standards (e.g., AAMI, CDC, OSHA).

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certification in sterile processing or quality management is a plus.
