Part Time Laboratory Technician

Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. The Lab Technician / Phlebotomist performs routine laboratory testing, specimen processing, and blood collection to support accurate and timely patient care. This role requires technical competency, attention to detail, and strong patient interaction skills. This is a part-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will be available Monday-Friday 8am-12pm MST. Responsibilities - Performing venipuncture and capillary blood draws
- Processing and labeling specimens
- Operating laboratory equipment
- Performing quality control procedures
- Maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Accurate documentation of results in the laboratory information system
- Communicates effectively with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Associates Degree from a NAACLS-accredited program, preferred
- Medical Laboratory Technician certification
- Current phlebotomy certification, or ability to obtain certification, preferred
- Experience with specimen handling and laboratory procedures, preferred
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach are essential.
- 1-3 years of experience, preferred
