The pros and cons of "Saving yourself for Marriage" (1421 hits)

How many of your friends saved making love for after the wedding?

We all know at least one couple that waited right? I hope so. Is their marriage still going
strong today? What about your friends that did not wait for marriage to have relations?
Are most of their marriages on the rocks or rocky?

There are so many pressures in society pushing s*x that it becomes very challenging to do what Mrs. Janet Jackson sings of in Let's Wait A While - “save some for later so our love will be greater”.

What do you think each person gains by waiting to give all of themselves to their bride or
groom? What do you think is gained when one makes love to a person that has not taken a vow to be committed and faithful?

Pros: Making love can be used like water to nurture and help a relationship and family grow.

Cons: Making love can be used to stunt the relationships development as well.

There's level to this thing called Love for a reason.
