When you're trying to lose weight, it can sometimes be difficult to completely adhere to dieting programs for an extended period of time, especially those that involve daily calorie restriction or reduced food intake. Such programs are often associated with extreme hunger, cravings, and in some cases, binge eating after regular eating habits continue. If you're interested in taking full advantage of the weight loss effects of dieting, but are afraid that you won't be able to continuously restrict calories, intermittent fasting is an excellent alternative.
