From G.E.D to Ed.D

Hello Scholars,

I am finally finished with my doctorate's program in Special Ed and Organizational Leadership. And yes, I went from a G.E.D to an MBA, to a Ed.D. Additioally, I lost both parents tragically, at the age of 12. It took me exactly 33 years to complete the process. However, I never allowed anyone to tell me that " I can't." Please use my story as an eduational "construct" to obtain what you want as well. A "construct" can not be measured, until it is defined. Therefore, no one knows what it inside of you, but you.

Victory loves and honors preparation.

May Everything Go Your Way,

Dr. Pledger you are such an inspiration for our Black community. You should become a CEO for public school (Cleveland Metropolitian School District). What a wonderful contribution this would make.
