Unfortunately, due to the extensive marketing of gluten-free foods to health enthusiasts and individuals seeking to lose weight, this type of diet has been relegated to a fad. Given the substantially higher cost of gluten-free foods there are certain factors about gluten that are worth considering before adopting this eating regimen.
