[HBCU Presidents] Today, The Black Scholars Index celebrates the Honorable Hazel O'Leary, President of Fisk University. She was also the 1st and only woman and 1st and only African-American to serve as US Secretary of Energy. Check out her story and a few interesting clips about Fisk.
