We are looking for Software Engineers to join the Office team we’re building in Atlanta to build impactful new features and adapt existing features to an always-collaborative world, reaching more than 1 billion customers around the world. The ideal candidate is a software engineer who values delighting customers with rock-solid reliability and performance, great architecture, clean code, and who participates in a collaborative work environment. A passion for deeply understanding the real-world needs of our users and a desire to advance the state of the art is a must. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required in this role as it involves working closely with a diverse group of engineers, program managers, and designers across organizations to deliver the best user experience and software architecture for our customers.
Responsibilities:
· Work with engineers, program managers and partner teams to deliver a set of features with the right overall design and architecture.
· Write clean well-thought-out code with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, and maintainability.
· Execute on the team approach to Software Engineering by designing, coding, testing, debugging, building, and deploying across multiple endpoints.
· Demonstrate the ability to work on cross-platform code.
· Commit to delivering the best experience for customers.

Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of experience in software development

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the OXO Security team we’re building in Atlanta to focus on building industry-impacting features for more than 1 billion customers around the world who rely on us to protect them from threats and keep their data secure across Office desktop (Windows & Mac), mobile clients (iOS & Android), and online services.

The ideal candidate is a skilled software engineer who enjoys security, thrives on addressing real world problems, and is experienced in designing scalable, componentized code. You will work with other experienced Software Engineers, Program Managers, and Designers to maximally leverage solid engineering practices and customer feedback.

Responsibilities:
• Work with engineers, program managers and partner teams to deliver a set of features with the right overall design and architecture.
• Defining and implementing the architecture for large complex components with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Help define the team approach to Software Engineering by designing, coding, testing, debugging, building, and deploying across multiple endpoints.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on cross-platform code.
• Commit to delivering the best experience for customers.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in building and shipping production grade software or services
• Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in shipping high-quality products or services.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expert development skills in C++ or C# (or other general-purpose programming language)
• Demonstrate proficient engineering fundamentals. Experienced employing concepts like CI/CD, test driven development, and agile methodologies to projects to maximize the quality of the software a team writes together.
