What positions are available? - Global Banking: Our Global Banking Internships will inspire you to apply your skills in an international business and allow you to explore your interests within Corporate Banking, Investment Banking or Global Liquidity and Cash Management. We drive the growth of our clients' businesses through a balance of generating trust and analyzing markets in order to raise capital.
- Wealth and Personal Banking: In our Wealth and Personal Banking internships, you will learn how we serve our customers across some of our key channels, including Digital, Branch and Contact Centres, as well as through our key Products and propositions. You may also gain exposure to other parts of our business, such as Insurance, Risk, Chief Operating Office, amongst others.
- Commercial Banking: As the world’s leading international commercial, trade and payments bank, Commercial Banking helps make business work. We are the only bank with the depth and reach to support customers with all their financial needs, providing them with end-to-end banking solutions and advice wherever they choose to do business.
- Digital Businesses: Our HSBC Technology internship offers you the opportunity to work with, and experience some of the latest technology and innovation in the world while exploring your interests in cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data and applied innovation.
What do I need to know? Internships are for current college students and offer a competitive, hourly salary. Programs range from 5 to 16 weeks and will occur in person, in cities all over the US.
When should I apply? We are still accepting applications for all our internship and graduate programs, but encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We recruit on a rolling basis and may close applications before the advertised date if all vacancies are filled.
